ETHICS COMMITTEE

The Ethics Committee meets in the Plover Municipal Center Board Room, on an as needed basis.

The Ethics Committee which shall enforce the provisions of the ethics code. It shall develop and adopt reasonable rules of procedure consistent with the ethics code. The Committee shall have such other duties as set by resolution of the Village Board. It shall consist of 2 members of the Village Board and 3 citizen members, one member from each of the 3 Village election wards, who shall be selected in the same manner as other standing committees of the Village Board. The Committee shall elect a chair and vice-chair who shall serve for 2 year terms, but the chair may not hold such position for longer than 4 consecutive years. Appointed Committee members shall serve for 2 year terms and may be reappointed.
