BICYCLE REGISTRATION ORDINANCE

7.11 BICYCLES. (1) REGISTRATION REQUIRED. No person shall ride or operate a bicycle customarily kept within the village on any street, alley, or roadway unless such bicycle has been properly registered and an identification sticker attached to the bicycle as herein provided.
