refuse should be placed in steel or plastic garbage cans,
not larger than 32 gallons each, with securely fitting lids
or in sturdy plastic bags securely tied and placed at the
curb, alley or roadside by 5:30 a.m. on collection day, but
no sooner than 24 hours prior to collection. Veolia rents
a 96 gallon cart for $3.00 per month payable only in 6 or
12 month increments. You can also buy the cart for $53.00.
