1. Mr. Schlutter called the meeting to order at 5:38 p.m.

2. Mr. LaRosa moved Mr. Moodie seconded approval of the minutes of 6/14/10 as written. Motion carried.

3. There were no persons wishing to address the Committee.

4. Mr. Radomski moved Mr. Moodie seconded approval of the vouchers. Motion carried, copy attached.

5. *** RECOMMENDATION TO VILLAGE BOARD *** Mr. LaRosa moved Mr. Moodie seconded approval of Change Order #2 WWTP contract with the Selmer Company in the amount of $111,713.00. Motion carried, copy attached.

6. *** RECOMMENDATION TO VILLAGE BOARD *** Mr. LaRosa moved Mr. Radomski seconded approval of the WWTF portable trailer mounted generator purchase from Caterpillar in the amount of $80,811.66. Motion carried, copy attached.

7. *** RECOMMENDATION TO VILLAGE BOARD *** Mr. LaRosa moved Mr. Radomski seconded approval of the purchase of a new and improved water leak detection listening locator for the Water Department for $3,800.00. Motion carried, copy attached.

8. Mr. Fritsch reported that there was a lot of damage from the lightning strike last week at Well #3 and that pumping at Well #3 is currently offline. He is hoping for startup sometime next week. Mr. LaRosa moved Mr. Radomski seconded approval of the Water Department Manager's Report. Motion carried, copy attached.

9. Mr. Radomski moved Mr. LaRosa seconded approval of the Wastewater Department Manager's Report. Motion carried, copy attached.

10. Mr. Radomski moved Mr. Moodie seconded adjournment at 5:50 p.m
