CURBSIDE CHRISTMAS TREE PICKUP

The Public Works Department conducts a Village-wide curb side Christmas Tree pickup in January of each year. Trees MUST BE REMOVED FROM PLASTIC BAGS AND FREE OF TREE STANDS, LIGHTS, ORNAMEMTS, etc. In addition, decorations constructed with any type of metal will not be picked up. In Residential areas and along CTH "B" and Hwy. 51/54, Christmas trees should be placed in the same location refuse and recyclables are placed for pickup by 7:00 a.m. on MONDAY, JANUARY 4th, 2010. (Front lot -ADDRESS SIDE-pickup only). Crews will begin picking up trees on Monday, January 4th, and make ONE pass through the Village until complete.

*** Apartment complexes /Business: Place pile at public street entrance to the apartment complex/business on the outer edge of the roadway surface.

***Vacant Lots, Mobile Home Parks, are EXCLUDED from the Christmas tree curbside pickup.
