R-3 Single-Family Residential District

R3
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

PURPOSE. The R-3 Single-family Residential District is established to provide an additional choice of density for single-family living having smaller lots. This District is intended to be provided for all lands where sewer, and eventually water, is or will be required. Other areas where this District could be located should be consistent with land use standards and the Village Comprehensive Plan.

PERMITTED USES.
(a) Any permitted use in the R-2 District.
(b) Customary accessory uses.
(c) (Am. Ord. #15-97) Signs as permitted in ch. 23 of this Code.

CONDITIONAL USES.
(a) Any conditional use in the R-2 District.
(b) Historical museums.
(c) Wind generators or windmill towers.
(d) (Cr. Ord. #16-97) Parking of commercial vehicles with a manufacturer's weight rating of 8,000 pounds or more.
