The
Board of Zoning Appeals meets in the Plover Municipal Center Board
Room, on an as needed basis.
MEMBERSHIP
- The Board of Zoning Appeals shall consist of 5 members appointed
by the Village President, subject to confirmation by the Village
Board, for staggered terms of 3 years. (b) Two alternate members
shall be appointed by the Village President, subject to confirmation
by the Village Board, for terms of 3 years and shall act only
when a regular member is absent or refuses to vote because of
interest.
The board
shall adopt rules in accordance with the provisions of any ordinance
adopted pursuant to this section. Meetings of the board shall
be held at the call of the chairperson and at such other times
as the board may determine. The chairperson, or in the chairperson's
absence, the acting chairperson, may administer oaths and compel
the attendance of witnesses. All meetings of the board shall be
open to the public.
